Lugansk Tube Plant was founded in 1913, its specialization was the output of small diameter welded tubes. Annual output of tubes in 1915 was 7700 tones. The output of tubes for water and gas supply systems widened in post-war years.

• TASA "20-76" for tailoring of tubes for water and gas supply systems acc. to GOST 3262-75, nominal diameter 20 80, length from 4 to 9 m., used for water-plumbing, gas-mains and heating systems; longitudinal welded steel tubes acc. to GOST 10704-91 / 10705-80 diameter 57.0 108.0 mm., length from 4 to 9m, used for pipe-lines and constructions of different functions;
